The Heritage Ridge community includes a number of associations and home styles. From mobile and manufactured homes to villas, townhouses, condos and single family homes. The different sections of Heritage Ridge are all anchored by the Heritage Ridge Golf Club. This is a non-equity course that is open to the public.

AMHERST: The homes consist of spacious single-family homes with attached garages and large yards. All residents of Amherst have access to fantastic community amenities. BRANDYWINE: The homes are spacious single-family homes with attached garages and beautifully manicured lawns and mature trees. Most homes also have a great view of the Heritage Ridge golfing greens.
BUNKER HILL: The homes consist of large single-family homes with attached garages, manicured yards and views of the Heritage Ridge Golf Course and private lakes.
CAMBRIDGE: A deed restricted 55+ adult community nestled in the historic unincorporated town of Hobe Sound.
CHARLESTON ON THE GREEN: These condos are in 2-story buildings that were built from 1984 to 1987 directly next to the golf course. The condos have a layout of 2 to 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, which range in price from $60k to $120k and are 1,400 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft in total space. Most of the condos overlook the golf course and lakes offering an ideal location and has its own club house, pool and an $200 annual association fee that maintains the grounds that provides residents with a carefree lifestyle.
ENCLAVE: A private gated community consisting of 50 townhomes with a preserve and lakefront setting. JEFFERSON CORNERS: The homes consist of modern, single story condominiums with assigned parking, manicured yards and views of the Heritage Ridge golfing greens.
TORY PINES: These homes consist of spacious single-family homes with attached garages. All homes have views of the picturesque golf course and stunning foliage.
WILLIAMSBURG: 128 units housed within 13 two story buildings, and most have a view of the golf course. There is a community pool, tennis court, and shuffleboard court for use by our owners and their guests.
YORKTOWN: The homes consist of spacious condominiums with attached garages and beautifully manicured yards.
Most of Heritage Ridge will allow one small pet (under 20 lbs.) and rentals are permitted with some restrictions.
The Heritage Ridge Golf Club, designed by Dom Fazio, is a picturesque 18 Hole Championship golf course with 6 sets of tees for all levels of play. HRGC also offer a Golf Academy, Driving Range and a Restaurant & Bar that overlooks the finishing holes. The Club is open to the public and we also offer affordable Annual, 6 month, and 3 month memberships.
