Pine Ridge is an established neighborhood located in north Coral Springs bordered by West Atlantic Boulevard, Riverside Drive, and University Drive. It consists of one and two story single family homes, townhomes, villas and condominiums with 3-5 bedrooms ranging from 1,454 square feet to 3,689 square feet of living area.
