The non-gated community of River Watch is a beautiful community of single-family homes on the Indian River of Hutchinson Island, adjacent to Windmill Village community. Located only a short distance north of the Jensen Beach Causeway and just across the Saint Lucie County line, River Watch residents have access to a private beach across the street.
There are just 30 homes here with most of them being waterfront with private docks. You will find homes with two to four bedrooms and spacious living both inside and out. You will pay a small HOA fee that covers landscaping and basic cable.
