Established in the 1930s, Victoria park has maintained much of that original charm. With a scattering of modern and traditional Florida-style luxury single family homes, townhomes and condos, the diversity adds to the unique atmosphere. Waterfront paved walkways and palm trees surround the park with a distinctly Floridian aesthetic of pastel stucco and Spanish-style roof tiles. Victoria Park along the canal in the neighborhood includes a lovely gazebo and curved walking pathways.

Water sports, boat tours and water taxis abound along Victoria Park’s eastern border, which aligns with the Intracoastal Waterway’s canal system. Joggers, walkers and dog owners enjoy paths and streets lined with large oaks and palm trees. The Parker, a performing arts theater in Victoria Park, offers an itinerary of events, including live music in genres such as gospel, jazz and symphony. The theater has also hosted Broadway musicals since 1967. The Stonewall National Museum & Archives offers a year-round schedule of public programs, collaborative events and exhibitions. Along the neighborhood’s eastern edge, South Federal Highway, you can choose from popular eateries

Residents who love the outdoors will feel right at home in Holiday Park, located on 90 acres, offers jogging trails, tennis courts, kayaking, fitness equipment and playing fields. Victoria Park also draws water sports enthusiasts with plenty of locations for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding.

Victoria Park is situated north of Broward Boulevard and south of Sunrise Boulevard, east of Federal Highway to the waterway of the Middle River and the Karen Canal flowing into the Rio Barcelona waterway, which is north of the Las Olas Isles. Victoria Park residents can walk to Las Olas Boulevard shopping, fine dining restaurants and entertainment centers. Victoria Park enjoys the sun, sand and surf of Fort Lauderdale Beach and all that the beach strip has to offer less than one mile away. To the north two miles is the City of Wilton Manors. It is within close proximity to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
