Victoria Park is situated north of Broward Boulevard and south of Sunrise Boulevard, east of Federal Highway to the waterway of the Middle River and the Karen Canal flowing into the Rio Barcelona waterway, which is north of the Las Olas Isles. Victoria Park residents can walk to Las Olas Boulevard shopping, fine dining restaurants and entertainment centers. Victoria Park enjoys the sun, sand and surf of Fort Lauderdale Beach and all that the beach strip has to offer less than one mile away. To the north two miles is the City of Wilton Manors. It is within close proximity to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
