College Park is a vibrant neighborhood located just outside of downtown Orlando where you can experience urban living with a small town feel within a larger municipality consisting of 6,119 homes. College Park’s wide selection of services, bungalow-style homes, brick tree-lined streets and many parks and lakes create a vibrant lifestyle and a comfortable place for residents and is a hub for young professionals. College Park offers residents a great mix of older homes and new construction. While Craftsman bungalows and colorful cottages still anchor the neighborhood’s established housing, the community offers a wide variety of styles and sizes from which to choose  Smaller single story traditional homes and midcentury ranch style designs are amongst contemporary custom multi-level homes and large Spanish Mediterranean homes that feature decorative architectural flourishes and sleek modern-style homes with imposing facades.

 Edgewater Drive, known to locals as simply “The Drive,” offering residents access to an array of popular boutique shops and eclectic eateries. The commercial corridor also hosts popular events throughout the year, from wine strolls to music festivals.  Clustered along the main street, Edgewater Drive, are gastropubs, hip boutiques and vintage stores. In addition, the neighborhood is populated with lakes and green spaces. 

The affluent College Park neighborhood is known for its 20th-century cottages, abundant green spaces and lakes. Lake Ivanhoe, in particular, is popular for waterskiing, wakeboarding and its views of the downtown skyline. Pocket parks can be found throughout the neighborhood, with Albert Park being the most centrally located. The picturesque urban space features a gazebo and picnic areas in close proximity to the retail and dining along Edgewater Drive. The College Park Neighborhood Center’s amenities include a gymnasium, pool and fitness center. It also offers an afterschool program, summer camp and classes for teens, adults and seniors.

The neighborhood is also home to the Dubsdread, a landmark 18-hole Golf Course, which  is a neighborhood landmark that features the oldest public layout in Central Florida. The Tap Room, a community gathering place that serves brunch, lunch and dinner and often features live outdoor music. Located west of I-4, connecting to the theme park attractions, and east of SR-423 and Orange Blossom Trail, College Park is made up of the of some of the finest retailers, award winning restaurants and small businesses. Surrounded by a network of highways and public transportation routes, College Park offers residents easy access to other parts of the city and an ultra-quick commute to downtown. A Sun Rail commuter train station is located just east of the neighborhood at the Advent Health Orlando campus, and there are two others downtown. Orlando’s historic Amtrak station is located just south of downtown, and the city’s international airport is just a 26 minute drive.
