Englewood Isles is a deed restricted boating neighborhood with waterfront opportunities for fishing and boating right at your doorstep. It is a vibrant tropical community with private Marina and access to expansive Lemon Bay. Englewood Isles provides direct boating admittance through the Windsor and Waterford Canals.

A very quiet part of town surrounded by lush and mature greenery, Englewood Isles is located about two miles south of the section of Tamiami Trail that turns east towards the Florida Everglades. There are six sections containing more than 500 homes, including condos, villas and single-family residences with Florida ranch-style homes with lots of interior space, some homes featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with more than 1,900 square feet of living space. Homes vary from 2-5 bedrooms and range from 1,015 square feet to 6,546 square feet in living area.  Each home is unique offering something for everyone. Englewood Isles offers its residents access to a private marina where docks are available for lease or to purchase. You can navigate your boat to the Gulf in no time as there are no bridges.

With five bodies of water around Englewood Isles, there are many waterfront properties, some are built alongside canals that connect to the Intracoastal Waterway. Many of these homes have private docking space and boat lifts and ramps for easy canal access while others have nice wooden piers for fishing and there is Forked Creek Marina, located right at the entrance of the community.

Englewood Isles has a secluded tropical feel but with very convenient location. The Lemon Bay shopping center is right across Englewood Road, and it features large stores such as Big Lots and Dollar Tree along with bakeries, pizzerias and healthcare clinics. Additional shopping can be found in the Venice Village Shoppes about five minutes away, next to the Venice East Golf Course. Manasota Beach and Englewood Beach are only a short 3-mile drive and the more pristine Blind Pass Beach and Duisberg Trail park are just a couple of miles south. Englewood Isles is close to restaurants, shopping and world-class golf courses. The Charlotte County Airport and Sarasota Airport are close by.
