Gulf Stream is a small town in South Florida that spans 537 acres and is home to around 1,000 people. Nestled between Boynton Beach and the city of Delray Beach, this small town is designated specifically for residents, recreation, and public property. The Town of Gulf Stream is an oceanside oasis of estate homes, luxury oceanfront condominiums, and waterfront townhouses located between Delray Beach and Boynton Beach in South Palm Beach County. Located just east of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Town of Gulf Stream is exclusively a residential and recreational town.

Gulf Stream started out as a farming area with cultivated lands, where the intracoastal canal provided freshwater for agriculture. In 1922 parcels of land around the area were being snapped up and Gulf Stream was noticed as an ideal place for a golf course and polo fields,  and is still one of the premier private clubs in the country.

The historic scenic highway that runs through the middle of the town offers the breathtaking scenery of the Atlantic Ocean and picturesque views of the real estate available.

This quaint town involves golf and polo, along with fishing, sailing, and other water related activities. The park has access to the ocean, a playground, and grilling stations.

For all your shopping needs the nearby towns of Boynton Beach and Delray Beach are within close proximity. Palm Beach International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport are easily accessible with I-95 and the Florida Turnpike just a few miles away.
