Indian Spring is a senior resort style living golf and country club community located primarily on the south side of Woolbright road, on both sides of El Clair Ranch Rd almost to Piper's Glen Road just east of Jog Rd. It consists of 1,901 homes nestled within 24 neighborhoods. Single-family homes, attached villas, townhomes, and condos can all be found in the community. Some of these neighborhoods have their own outdoor pool and small clubhouse located within their neighborhoods.
While country club membership is not required, if you are interested in paying for a membership, you can join the neighboring Indian Spring Country Club to take advantage of many world-class amenities. While membership is not required to live within the community, it is required to use any of the amenities at Indian Spring Country Club. The club prides itself on first-rate facilities with a 52,000 square feet clubhouse, dining establishments, outstanding social programs, art and craft classes, performances at the Kravis center and the Broward Theatre of the Performing Arts, guided day trips, top live entertainment, gala dinner dances and cocktail hours. Additional amenities feature two championship golf courses, 26 Har-Tru tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, Olympic-size pool, full-service spa, miles of walking and biking trails and a stadium to seat 200 people.
There is a vibrant social scene at Indian Spring Country Club. With a full-time lifestyle director, there are always social clubs, activities, and parties scheduled for club members. Members can relax playing cards, socializing poolside, or on one of the many guided trips to the area's local attractions. The low-maintenance lifestyle in the community provides residents with more time to enjoy all of the world-class amenities offered in the country club. The low monthly homeowner's association fee covers general maintenance of the community grounds as well as exterior maintenance of the homes. It also offers the ability to become a member of the Indian Spring Country Club for social and golf opportunities.
There are various kinds of memberships available at the club: The Full Golf Membership, The Social Membership provides all of the aforementioned amenities except that access to the golf course is more limited and There is also an Executive Golf Membership for those 55 and younger.
