Lauderdale Isles is a waterfront single-family neighborhood located in southern section of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This non gated neighborhood is situated east of US 441, between Riverland Road and the South Fork New River waterway. Lauderdale Isles homes are off the new river with direct ocean access to the Atlantic Ocean (no fixed bridges). Each isle leads to the Southfork New River, which feeds into the historic New River. Most Lauderdale Lauderdale Isles homes have personal docking for boats or yachts along the stunning the canals that lead to the Intracoastal waterway. The New River winds past the neighborhoods of Citrus Isles, Sailboat Bend and the Las Olas Isles as it makes its way to the popular Intracoastal Waterway and eventually the Atlantic Ocean.

The area is popular with boaters because of its protected and clean waterfront along Fort Lauderdale’s New River. It is also in close proximity to downtown Fort Lauderdale, beaches, fine and casual dining, and entertainment as well as the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
