Magnolia Lakes at St. Lucie West is a gated 478 home community located in the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida.
When entering the community a large lake equipped with a fountain that is beautifully lit in the evenings can be seen; a second lit fountain can be seen once you enter the community though the gates in the small lake near the Magnolia Lakes Clubhouse.
The community features a large clubhouse with a fitness center, men's and ladies locker rooms (complete with steam rooms), an aerobics/dance room and toddler area. The clubhouse also includes a game room for the children and a billiard/library room reserved for the adults.
