Metrowest is an 1,805-acre master-planned community consisting of residential, commercial, and businesses in Orlando. The development has about 1.5 miles of lake frontage. Developed with a focus on creating an environment where people can enjoy a strong sense of community, Metrowest's housing options include single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartments. Bisecting the middle of the development, winding from north to south, is South Hiawassee Road, which also serves as the main entrance coming from the north and only entrance from the south. The main entrance of MetroWest is only 2.5 miles north of Universal Studios Orlando.
