Rocky Point is a charming and secluded area of Stuart, located on the Intracoastal Waterway and surrounded by a wildlife preserve and lush mature tropical vegetation. With just 170 homes, the Rocky Point Estates community is located on one of the canals of the St Lucie River. Homes feature two to five bedrooms on lots that range from a quarter of an acre. A HOA fee is in place for members of this community and gives access to a large park with boat ramps and a picnic ground. As well as the boat ramps there is a 29-slip marina where docks can be owned or leased by members in good standing with the association.

Deep-water access is reached within minutes of leaving the dock and within a mile to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Rocky Point Estates is part of a great village in Martin County that offers residents a quiet lifestyle in a fisherman’s paradise within proximity of major towns and cities. They feature events that include the annual Seafood Festival, Pirate Fest, Dancing in the Streets, Sailfish Power Boat Championship, Antique Car Parade, Sea Turtle Watch, the Jensen Beach Pineapple Festival, and the world class fishing tournament.

One of the pieces of Rocky Point real estate is Rocky Point Hammock Park which is designated as one of Florida’s great bird trailing parks. This park also offers Rocky Point residents a great place to hike, picnic or enjoy the subtropical weather with water oriented activities, including boating and fishing.

Rocky Point boasts a centrally located park with picnic tables, walking paths, and a playground. Residents also enjoy the use of a private civic center and yacht club, plus the surrounding area is home to several restaurants, shops, marinas, and boat ramps that provide easy access to a fabulous South Florida lifestyle.
