The Sunset Park neighborhood is located in South Tampa and its boundaries are Beach Park Isles to the North, Culbreath Heights to the northeast, El Prado the South, Tampa Bay to the West, and Manhattan Avenue to the East. Sunset Park is a coveted water-lovers haven, hugging the shoreline of Old Tampa Bay between two bridges that connect the east and west sides of the peninsula. Grand estates are graced with private piers that share wild beaches with protected mangroves, while residents are within easy reach of attractions, dining and shopping. Sunset Park’s serene canals now undulate between custom mansions with manicured lawns lined with oak, palm and pine trees.
