Tampa Heights is one of the oldest neighborhoods within the city limits that offers a perfect blend of urban living and community charm. Situated in Hillsborough County, Tampa Heights is known for its tree-lined streets, historic bungalows, and a mix of old-world and modern architecture. The Heights District is a 50 acre mixed-use urban district anchored by the Hillsborough River and Downtown Tampa and bounded by the North Boulevard to the Tampa, west, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to the north, Downtown Tampa to the south, and Ybor City to the east. It is within close proximity to I-275 and Tampa International Airport.

Tampa Heights is a historic neighborhood known for its diverse architecture and walkability. The Tampa Riverwalk, close proximity to downtown, is a 2.6-mile waterside walkway connecting Water Street to The Heights District with  delightful views of the Hillsborough River and downtown Tampa as you stroll to our riverfront oasis. The Heights District Public Boat Docks at Armature Works is located on the Hillsborough River in between Armature Works and the North Boulevard Bridge, featuring 20 boat slips. Located just a short distance along the Hillsborough River and the Tampa Riverwalk from the David A. Straz Performing Arts Center, the Tampa Museum of Art, the Glazer Children’s Museum and the Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, Tampa Heights Riverfront is destined to become a premier waterfront community.

Tampa Heights has seen a resurgence in recent years, with new restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops opening up in the area. The community is diverse and welcoming, with a strong sense of pride in its history and heritage.
