A member owned golf club with just 275 memberships, the club has no tee-times and one of the area’s best professional caddie programs along the Gulf Coast. There are over 100 acres of lakes and natural wetlands through-out the course and home areas. There is a limited 262 cottage and estate homes and home sites available in The Founders Club and there is a maximum of 275 golf memberships. There are existing homes and there are also buildable lots still available. Homes can vary in size from 2,000 sq. feet maintenance free cottages, to the Fairway collection of medium sized 3,000 sq. ft. homes, to large estate homes that range from 5,000 to 13,000 sq. ft. and are set back on the course on 1/2 acre to 1acre lots.
