Torino is a desirable single family neighborhood situated in Northwest Port St Lucie in St Lucie West. Torino is comprised of many single family homes and is built around Torino Parkway, a road in a form of a large circle in North of St Lucie Blvd and West of the Turnpike. Torino is known for it’s spacious home sites, nature preserves, green belts and wide open spaces. It is a very quiet residential area with a mix of families, seniors and resort living. The community has wildlife habitat including Sand Crane’s, Rabbits, Turtles, Armadillo’s and more providing a sense of green and natural lifestyle with surrounding beautifully landscaped areas.

There are 4 subdivisions within the Torino area, both gated and non-gated communities.  Most of the area is not within a distinct subdivision and does not have a homeowner’s association. Homes in the community range from approximately 1,350 square feet up to 3,000 square feet of living area. Some of the larger homes are located in the Estates of Windy Pines and range up to 4,225 square feet. There is a large lake in the center with lovely waterfront homes, and a beautiful clubhouse and amenities.  The community also includes a small townhome section called Villas of Torino.

       Winterlakes has 205 single family homes in a non-gated community with lakes, preserve and sidewalks.

       Windy Pines is a  small planned community of single family homes. Section names include Windy Pines, Windy Pines West and Estates of Windy Pines.

Torino Neighborhood is bordered by I-95 on the west and the Florida Turnpike on the east, making it easily accessible to the Northern cities like Daytona Beach and Orlando or Southern cities such as Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. 

Other local attractions include Tradition Field, home of the Mets, in St Lucie West.  Just to the South off I-95 is the Town of Tradition at St Lucie West Blvd where you will find more shopping and restaurants.  Torino is 15 minutes to US1 and 25 minutes to the Beaches. Crosstown Parkway is a quicker route to get to the East Side of Port St Lucie with the expansion of the east-west corridor as an alternate route. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment are close by with Clover Park home to the New York Mets Spring training.
