Town Park in Tradition is a large community built by Minto featuring new construction and resales. Construction began in 2006 and was mostly large, two story homes. When the market took a downturn Minto continued with the community and built smaller single story homes but continued with their commitment to quality.
In 2015 an active adult, 55+ section named Lake Park began construction as a subset within the community. Minto is building smaller single family and villa-style homes that are being sold to the 55+ demographic.
