Located near the South Venice district, Venice Gardens is quietly removed from Venice, Florida's more bustling shopping and business districts, but affords easy access to them. Venice Gardens is close to shopping, dining, medical facilities, entertainment and the white sandy beaches because it is right in the heart of Venice. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the beach.

Although this is not a gated community, Venice Gardens is managed under a homeowners association regime supported by very low fees. he HOA funds are used towards maintenance of the swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, gazebos and barbecues, all in a park like setting. For the avid golfer, numerous golf courses are within a two-mile drive. The nearest golf courses, Pelican Point and Venice East, attract retirees, seasonal residents, and avid golf players.
