Waterway Village

Waterway Village is a small community built off the Intracoastal waterway in Tequesta, Florida with direct Intracoastal waterway views overlooking Jupiter Island, 22 waterfront homes on a canal off the Intracoastal waterway and more than 50 interior homesteads.

A delightful community of spectacular estates on the Intracoastal and charming homes in a neighborhood atmosphere, Waterway Village  is comprised of magnificent custom estates built directly on the Intracoastal with sweeping view of Jupiter Island and the Intracoastal Waterway. The homes feature private docks and boat lifts. Located east of US Highway 1 and north of Alternate A1A, Waterway Village has homes of varying sizes and styles.  The streets of Basin Street, Cove Road, Pebble Place, and Waterway Road can be reached from US Highway One, north of Beach Road (US 1 & Alternate A1A), on east side. North on US-1 are marinas to store a yacht.  There is great snorkeling and surfing in addition to the incredible natural scenery just across the bridge at Coral Cove Park. Residents enjoy the convenience of local shopping and restaurants, golf courses and boating on turquoise intracoastal waters. Neighboring Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens are also just minutes away.
