I have been a Realtor in Florida since 1978. I started in Miami, moved to the Palm Beach Area in 1986 and then to Tampa in 1999. I came back to St Lucie County in 2006 and have lived on Hutchinson Island ever since.
I work with 1st time buyers, empty nesters and investors, I sell condos, New Construction in Tradition and single Family homes.
Ive seen the market change up and down in 43 years. When I started in Miami, the Federdal funds rate was 10% and rose to 19% by 1981. So I can truthfully say Ive been in these markets before and have come out OK!
